Led lighting for an unannounced AAA title, reporting directly to the Game Director and Art Director. Established and enforced the project's lighting visual language, building reference sheets and style guides adopted across the entire team. Mentored junior and mid-level lighting artists through weekly 1:1 reviews, elevating overall output quality. Drove lighting pipeline improvements that increased iteration speed by 35% within three months, while coordinating closely with environment, VFX, and rendering teams for frame-accurate delivery. Recruited to build production operations from zero for a large-scale, cross-functional creative technology project. Designed and launched the department’s full Agile framework, Scrum ceremonies, sprint structures, Jira/Confluence dashboards, giving leadership real-time visibility where none existed before.
