Shaped the lighting identity of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (PS5), one of PlayStation’s most celebrated and commercially successful launches. Led both in-house and outsourced lighting teams across the open world, silver path, and cinematic sequences, working with a dynamic and baked pipeline at massive scale. Delivered sun-drenched Manhattan exteriors, tension-filled interiors, and high-drama cutscene cinematics, earning the title wide critical recognition for visual quality. Developed proprietary lighting reference resources adopted studio-wide as a best practice for large-scale lighting consistency. Owned end-to-end production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, milestone reviews, and stakeholder reporting, from pre-production through ship. Introduced Kanban workflows and Miro collaboration boards that increased team participation by 50% in the first month.
